Prom is one of the most memorable events of the high school experience, offering students a chance to celebrate, connect with friends, and enjoy a special evening together. ATTENTION STUDENTS

When entering the school:

  • Arrive at 4:00pm. We will start departure process at 4:45pm.
  • Students will enter through doors 4 and 9.
  • ID - Be sure you have your photo ID.
    • YOUR ID IS YOUR TICKET! You don’t need to print anything from My School Dance.
    • If you have the MINGA digital ID on your phone, you can use that.
    • Any non-HHS guest must have their photo ID with them (school or state ID will work)

After bag check and check-in:

  • Follow the hallway to the East Gym and take a couple of pictures along the way.
  • Use the bathroom before checking in with your chaperone. Once you check in, you CANNOT leave the gym.
  • Everyone will start in the East Gym by finding their assigned bus number and chaperone. Make sure you check in with your chaperone and stay at that location because we are dismissing as bus lines are ready. We will not go in numerical order.

  • Here is the link to BUS INFORMATION. Please note that your student will need to access this document, as it can only be opened with a student email account.

  • Once everyone is checked in for the bus, listen for further directions from your chaperone. 

At the venue:

  •  MAKE SURE YOU SIT AT YOUR TABLE. There are students who have very severe allergies and this information has already been communicated to the venue. Switching seats can absolutely have an impact on someone’s health.

Departing the venue:

  • Find your chaperone and bus number poster.
  • Stay with your chaperone until approval is given to load the bus.

** All students MUST take the transportation to the venue and back to the high school that is provided by the school**
